Rustam: Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Modified by Kunwar Customs

The Royal Enfield Bullet is a favorite among customizers. It has been transformed in countless ways over the years. Every modification gives the bike a unique personality. Today, we explore a stunning custom Bullet crafted by Kunwar Customs in Jaipur. 

The Base Bike 

The custom bike is based on the Royal Enfield Classic 500. This bike served as the starting point for the transformation. 

The Brief 

The goal was to create a bike for a bodybuilder. He wanted something impactful and royal. Yet, he didn’t want to sacrifice comfort. So, Kunwar Customs started designing a bobber. 

The Design

 Initially, they considered a hardtail design with a girder fork. But hardtails are not known for comfort. So, they adapted their plan. The final design features a soft tail with hidden rear suspension. It looks like a hardtail but rides smoothly. 

Suspension and Tires 

For stability, they used hydraulic suspension. The rear has a single hydraulic unit. The front has dual hydraulic suspension in a girder fork. Both front and rear tires are 5.0/16-inch balloon tires. These give the bike a muscular appearance. 

The Name 

The bike is named Rustam. Rustam was a legendary Persian hero known for his strength. The name reflects the bike’s powerful and imposing presence.

Rajasthani Touch 

To add a local flavor, they incorporated brass work. This includes hand-carved brake levers and engine parts like the oil filter cap. The Rustam logo is etched in brass on the tank and battery box. A brass chain set adds a striking visual detail. Color and Finish The bike is painted in Metallic Majestic Blue. This color enhances the brass work and adds a regal touch.
